To place an order at our on-line shop you have to register as a user on our website and complete the fields in the LOGIN section. Once you are a BRANDDISTRIBUTOR.COM member, you can check the history of your account at any time.
When your account has been created, you will have access to a menu with options including: personal information, shipping details, order status, order history, discounts, a list of products to consider for your next order (MY WISH LIST), etc.
Enter the LOGIN section, and click on the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD” option. This will allow you to type in the e-mail address you registered with your account and your new password will be sent directly to that e-mail address.
To place your order, please select the products and quantities you wish to purchase and add them to the basket. You can review your Shopping basket before completing your order.
Orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
All product orders are subject to availability. If they are not available at the warehouse we will contact you as soon as possible. If the products are available, you will receive an automatic e-mail providing information regarding all the stages in preparation of your order.
For each order you can use the chat service to communicate with us. This service allows you to be informed as to the status of your order at all times. You will also be informed by email at the address indicated in your account details. You can also contact us by e-mail at the following address: info@Branddistributor.com.
Please note that all our prices are in EUROS. The prices of the products are as specified on our website (VAT included) and BRANDDISTRIBUTOR.COM reserves the right to modify these at any time. This will not affect your statutory rights. Shipping costs and Customs duties are not included in the price.
The only payment method we accept is credit card: Visa, Mastercard (American Express is being processed) and Pay Pal (Verified Addresses Only).
Our payment method is secure. The security system of “PAY PAL” guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to your information.
You can contact us through the chat service available from your BRANDDISTRIBUTOR.COM account about any problem you may have in the process of placing your order. If there is an error during the payment process with your credit card, you will immediately receive an e-mail to inform you of the error. In that case, the payment will not be processed and your order will be put into standby. You will need to get in touch with us through our chat service in order for us to determine a course of action regarding your order.
The shipping cost of your order will be automatically calculated depending on the weight of the parcel. In the chart below, you will find estimated rates according to your location. If your country is not listed or the weight of your order exceeds the ones detailed, please contact us via: info@branddistributor.com.
